This website is operated by Cloudflare Germany GmbH, c/o Design Offices München Atlas, Rosenheimer Straße 143C, 81671 München, Germany. Opening a page processes the access data a server needs to work: a shortened IP address, the date and time, the resource requested, the status code, the referrer and the user agent. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, a secure and undisrupted service. The logs are kept for at most seven days and are deleted automatically after that.

What the inquiry form collects, your name, email address, portfolio link, the details of the planned shoot and your message, is processed solely to answer that inquiry. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, steps prior to a contract, and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. The inquiry is delivered as an email to the mailbox hello@inadequately.de, which is held at IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Straße 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany. There is a data processing agreement with IONOS under Art. 28 GDPR. Inquiries are deleted after twelve months unless a statutory retention period says otherwise.

If you sign up on the page /shop to be told when the prints arrive, only your email address is processed. The legal basis is your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR together with § 7(2)(2) UWG. The address is delivered as an email to the mailbox hello@inadequately.de, held at IONOS SE; there is no further list and no mailing provider. You get exactly one message, on the day the prints can be bought, and the address is deleted afterwards, at the latest after twelve months. You can withdraw your consent at any time without any particular form, for instance with a short note to hello@inadequately.de.

If you ask on the page /extended to be sent the extended portfolio, your name, your email address, the reason you picked and the sentence you wrote, if you wrote one, are processed. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, steps prior to a contract, and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. The request is delivered as an email to the mailbox hello@inadequately.de, held at IONOS SE, and the pictures are then sent to you individually as a reply to that email. There is no mailing provider and no distribution list. Requests are deleted after twelve months unless a statutory retention period says otherwise.

This website sets no cookies at all, neither for analytics nor for reach measurement, advertising or session handling. The stored image files of the extended portfolio are protected by the browser's own HTTP authentication, which stores nothing on your device. Consent under § 25 TDDDG is therefore not required.

Fonts are served locally from this server. No connection is made to a third-party font service. This website embeds no external content and links to no social network, so opening a page contacts no other company.

The hosting provider belongs to Cloudflare, Inc., based in the United States, so technical access data can be transferred there. Cloudflare is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and additionally uses the Standard Contractual Clauses of the European Commission (Art. 45 and Art. 46 GDPR). Email delivery and the mailbox are located in Germany only.

You have the right of access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21 GDPR).
